What is a Packaged Service?
A packaged service is a service with a predefined specification and a fixed price so that as a Buyer you do not have to spend valuable time defining your requirements, all the hard work has been done for you. All you need to do is select the service you want, from the solictor you want, and proceed. Please visit our packaged service page
What if my need is more specific?
When a Packaged Service does not fit your legal needs, then you should search through the Solicitor directory by legal area, select the solicitor that fits your requirements and message them directly to provide a quotation. It is vital that you provide as much information as possible to allow the solicitor to provide you with a realistic quote. Please visit our Solicitor directory to contact a solicitor today.
How do I pay?
Our chosen payment provider is PayPal. We do not accept any other forms of payment.
How much does it cost to use the site?
It is absolutely free for the Buyer. FlexeBoss takes a small fee from the Solicitor once you have paid for the Service.
What if I don’t want the service anymore?
You must speak directly to the Solicitor to cancel a service. FlexeBoss is not party to any contract formed between you and the Solicitor.
What happens if I am unhappy with the service delivered?
You must speak directly to the Solicitor if you are unhappy with the service. Unfortunately FlexeBoss cannot be party to any contract formed between you and the Solicitor and therefore we cannot mediate the dispute. If you fail to resolve the issue with the Solicitor, then you should make your compliant to the Legal Services Ombudsman.
When do I pay?
We only ask for the monies once the Solicitor has invoiced you.
Is the marketplace safe?
Absolutely! We take a lot of time and effort to make sure that all the Solicitors on the site are fully vetted. We check that all Solicitors are registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). Please visit the How it works page for more information.

How do I register to sell services on the site?
Our focus here at FlexeBoss is on quality and we take a lot of time to vet and select the right Legal providers to sell on our marketplace. This ensures that the marketplace is a safe environment which provides excellent service. If you think you are a high quality solicitor and would like to be part of this exclusive community then please visit our seller registration page.
What ways are there to sell on the marketplace?
We do not believe that Buyers should spend time posting jobs for quotation. Not only does it waste time on both sides, but price competition often causes quality to suffer. Therefore, we have developed two clear channels to sell on the marketplace.
The first is through a Packaged Service. For simple and routine services you can choose from one of the service template packages and add your price, estimated delivery time and specific buyer instructions. Alternatively, you can define your very own custom Packaged Service. All Packaged Services are reviewed by FlexeBoss before being released onto the marketplace.
For more complex legal needs the Buyer searches the Solicitor directory by legal area and will contact you with their project asking for a quotation.
How do I create a Packaged Service?
As a Seller on the site you can create and submit a Packaged Service through your profile page. For some selected services we have created standard templates that you can use. You can also create custom Packaged Services, but these cannot be for the same service as the standard templates. Please note, all Packaged Services will be reviewed before they are released onto the marketplace to ensure accuracy and that they are in line with the Terms of Service for the website.
