Expert in Law for Businesses.
Dan Johnson qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts in England & Wales in 1992.
During his career, Dan has worked for (and been engaged by) a number of significant national (and latterly, international) full service law firms, gaining considerable experience and expertise in business law - in which his practice specialises.
After nearly a decade as a Partner in Central London based legal firms, Dan founded his own Solicitors practice, EquitableLaw.com, where Dan (as its Principal) now practises as a 'Business Law Solicitor' - specialising in corporate, finance & commercial law matters relating to businesses, their owners and other interested parties.
Dan’s English Law based legal advice & assistance services are wide in scope and frequently have both national and international reach (i.e. beyond the U.K.'s borders).
This results in Dan's activities being generally focused upon most aspects of company, financial and mercantile law - as applied to the numerous legal issues experienced by his clients in relation to their business activities (both in the U.K. and worldwide)
Dan is periodically flexibly retained by clients in the role of a dedicated 'General Counsel' to their businesses.
Dan seeks to take a highly practical and pragmatic approach to providing legal services, aiming to ascertain the most efficient & cost effective action to take; and thereby aiming to ensure that his advice results in the timely formulation, negotiation, documentation and implementation of effective ‘peace of mind’ resolutions to clients’ issues.
Dan is always open to having preliminary discussions regarding any issues on an initial no-obligation basis, and Dan works pursuant to creative fee charging structures which seek to recognise the 'value added nature' of the legal services which Dan seeks to provide.
Dan is happy to provide further (appropriately confidentialised) details of recent representative work experience and client testimonials (upon request).
